Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of Commercial and Supply Chain teams and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure activities align with procedures and develop a robust Commercial and Contract Strategy.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, addressing risks related to Contract Delivery, Suppliers, and Supply Chain.
• Support procurement reviews during project phases, ensuring alignment with schedules.
• Lead contract management during execution, ensuring consistency across projects.
• Manage contract closeout, ensuring all requirements are met and finalized.

Candidate Profile

We seek proven Senior Commercial Managers with experience in FIDIC and NEC 3 & 4 contracts, major projects, UK law, procurement, performance measurement, risk, change, and claims management.

You should be able to develop and implement commercial strategies across disciplines, with a big-picture view and innovative approach. Membership in RICS, CICES, IOB, CIPS, or similar is desirable.
