Leading international consultancy seeks an Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor level candidate with experience of working on rail projects, to join their established team in Stratford.

This is a contract role which offers hybrid working and will see you play a crucial role in leading the commercial delivery of a variety of rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects and financial performance projects
• Provide accurate cost advice and prepare estimates for projects
• Ensure effective cost control and risk management
• Review and negotiate contracts and ensure compliance
• Oversee the preparation of tender documents and procurement
• Lead a team and provide guidance and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in Quantity Surveying within the Rail industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, contract administration, and risk assessment
