The Role: Senior Commercial Manager – Office Leasing
Location: London
Salary £75,000+ (neg) + Commission Uncapped.
I am working with a Real Estate group who are an established name in Office Space. They have a global network of clients and partners who trust them to find the best spaces, at the best prices.
To support their growth, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead on real estate lease acquisitions for corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies, managing landlord relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and representing the occupier. This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including property managers, legal teams, and marketing professionals.
All About you
You will be a driven individual with solid exposure to lease acquisitions. This is a client facing role so remains hands on and offers the opportunity to grow and develop a team. You will love getting deals done and it would be helpful if you were familiar with the London market and agents. Whilst RICS is not a prerequisite, it may also be an advantage. You will also need to be happy working in the office 5 days a week.
