Qualifications

• Significant experience of estimating, valuation and/or cost reporting.
• Experience with the NEC suite of contracts.
• Ability to work in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of estimates for professional fees.
• Monitor and report on commercial aspects of projects.
• Lead the project team on project controls, invoicing, and management of change.
