Job Description

We are looking to add a Senior Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to support our growth. This role involves managing the commercial function across passive fire protection works, overseeing contracts, budgets, and team development. Experience in project management within main contractor environments, familiarity with contract terms like JCT and NEC, and strong stakeholder communication skills are essential.

• Previous commercial management experience within a contract delivery business
