Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping, and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works across multi-occupancy housing, public buildings, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodations, and security-sensitive workplaces.

Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial management, focusing on cost control and contract delivery within a main contractor environment, preferably with knowledge of passive fire protection.

The role involves overseeing the commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Experience with JCT and NEC contract forms is desirable.
