Neo Property Solutions Limited is a recognised specialist in the provision of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions.

Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.

Location - Cross Green, Leeds (easy access via M1, M62 & M621)

Salary - Competitive based on previous experience and qualifications + Company Car or Car Allowance (£7,200 p/a)

We are moving into the third quarter of the year with a positive outlook and plans for growth. We are looking to add a Senior Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to support the Managing Director in achieving our objectives. The role offers autonomy and support for an experienced Commercial Manager ready to progress.

While a background in trades is advantageous, it is not essential. The key requirements are previous experience in Commercial Management focusing on cost control and working with Operations Management to deliver contracts on time and within budget.

The Senior Commercial Manager based at our Leeds Head Office will oversee the commercial functions for passive fire protection projects. Responsibilities include managing the team, negotiating contracts, overseeing project budgets, and collaborating with various departments to improve performance.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing projects for main contractors within the public and third sectors and understand key contract terms like JCT and NEC.
