What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage post-contract commercial activities, frameworks and contracts.
  • Lead negotiations, contract reviews, and change control processes.
  • Provide commercial strategy, cost management, estimating and risk analysis.
  • Support dispute resolution, final accounts, and supplier relationships.
  • Lead and mentor commercial staff, ensuring projects are resourced effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in commercial management within rail infrastructure or construction.
