The Company:
Are you an MQS/Commercial Manager/Commercial Director looking for a true career opportunity?
Our client is an established Main Contractor with a Head office located in Staffordshire and a further 3 regional offices located around the country. Our client currently enjoy turnover of £50 million with aspirations to grow to £80 million in the 2 years, hence the need for a Commercial Leader.
Our client operates within key sectors; Industrial (Logistics & Distribution) & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a Refurbishment & Re-model nature, although they do deliver New Build schemes. Projects range in value up to £10 million.

You will report will work closely with Manging Director and Finance Director and over time your role will develop into other regions.

About You:
