As a result of a major Framework win within Sellafield, we are now seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career through an industry-leading collaboration.

This framework will see projects delivered through a collaboration between the client, programme partners, delivery partners, and suppliers working as an integrated team. Our role will include design development and delivery of the Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Blockwork package, estimated to be worth around £1bn over the next 15+ years.

The Senior Commercial Manager Role:

• Reporting to the Framework Director, working closely with the Deputy Commercial Director and Operations Director - Nuclear, to ensure a compliant contract and protect our commercial and contractual interests.
• Responsible for commercial, cost administration, and risk management through onsite and offsite teams.
• Collaborate with the PPP partner to foster relationships demonstrated through the partner’s confidence in reporting.

Your Profile:

• Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
• Construction industry experience with a main contractor managing large infrastructure projects.
