The Very Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to optimise the commercial performance of our Electrical & Toys division. You will partner with Category, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Data Intelligence to drive pricing, promotions and investments.
You will lead annual budgets, forecasts and scenario planning, build robust commercial frameworks, and coach the team to continuous improvement while delivering clear trading insights to senior stakeholders.

The Senior Commercial Manageris responsible foroptimising the commercial performance ofourElectrical & Toys business.
Working in partnership with Category, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and DI, the role evaluates trading performance, challenges existingplansandidentifiesopportunities to improve commercial outcomes through pricing strategy, promotional participation, marketinginvestmentand other commercial levers.
You willbe responsible forensuring the business consistently makes better commercial decisions throughhigh qualityplanning.
