Are you an MQS/Commercial Manager/Commercial Director looking for a true career opportunity?

Our client is an established Main Contractor with a Head office in Staffordshire and three regional offices across the country. They currently have a turnover of £50 million, with aspirations to grow to £80 million in the next two years, hence the need for a Commercial Leader.

The company operates within key sectors such as Industrial (Logistics & Distribution) and Commercial. Most projects involve Refurbishment & Re-model work, though they also deliver New Build schemes. Projects range up to £10 million in value.

You will report to and work closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director. Over time, your role will develop into other regions.
