Operating at a senior level, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance across your sector or project area – shaping strategy, negotiating contracts, managing risk, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll play a visible role across the business, working closely with operational leads, procurement, and executive leadership to ensure robust commercial outcomes from pre-construction through to completion.

This is a critical role in a business known for delivering challenging projects in demanding environments, where attention to detail, commercial discipline and collaborative leadership are paramount.
