Project

This landmark, multi-phase residential scheme is set to run for the next 12 years, delivering high-quality homes and thriving communities. With planning secured and enabling works underway, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy from early stages through to final delivery.

The Role

• Leading and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
• Overseeing procurement strategies, cost planning, and contract negotiations
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and risk throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met
• Driving value engineering and cost control without compromising on quality

About You

• Proven experience in a Senior Commercial role within residential development or main contracting
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction law
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-phase residential projects (RC frame and traditional build)
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
