Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Commercial Manager required to work for Leading Contracts, Commercial & Construction Consultancy on Major High Speed Rail Infrastructure Projects.

6 month renewable contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent Staff opportunities.

Senior Commercial Manager offering flexible working arrangements as a Hybrid role with 3 days WFH and 2 days required in the client's office in Birmingham.

Contract Day Rate/Salary and package dependant on relevant experience.

Role Brief:

As Senior Commercial Manager you will lead and manage the pre and post contract Commercial teams responsible for managing the tendering and post contract delivery of multiple infrastructure projects.

You will have experience of managing Commercial Management teams on large construction or infrastructure projects. Experience of working under construction contract terms and conditions with knowledge of Target Cost/Fixed Price Contracts. Commercial Management and Contract Administration processes in relation to cost management, payment, variations, change management and final accounts. NEC Contracts Knowledge and experience.
