Flint Bishop LLP is seeking a partner-level commercial litigation specialist to join the Sheffield team, managing a diverse caseload and guiding junior colleagues. The role emphasizes client relationship leadership and strategic, high-value cases in a collaborative environment.

You will contribute to business development, maintain client excellence, and work across related offices in Leeds, York or Derby as needed, with senior colleagues providing support and guidance.

Formación

• Significant PQE in Commercial Litigation demonstrated in previous roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for complex client engagement.
• Exceptional client care and service delivery to diverse clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing matters and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal caseload of commercial litigation matters, including complex disputes.
• Provide leadership and supervision to junior team members and contribute to department excellence.
• Attend client meetings, develop relationships, and support business development initiatives.
• Assist Head of Department with capacity planning and performance monitoring.
