Qualifications

• Experience as a commercial manager or quantity surveyor for a main contractor.
• Holds or working towards RICS or CIOB.
• Advanced skills in word-processing and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all commercial and financial elements of the construction project.
• Managing supply chain relationships for consistent procurement.
• Accurate commercial reporting including cash flows and final accounting.
