The Opportunity

The business now has a need for a commercial lawyer, ideally with IP (copyright) experience, to join for 12 months. The role will provide key legal support on commercial contracts as well as IP rights, licensing, and copyright. You will negotiate media and digital content agreements, as well as key commercial contracts with partners, authors, and editors. You will also handle contractual disputes and copyright infringement matters as they arise.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial/IP or media lawyer to join a highly respected listed company for 12 months. While commercial contracts experience is essential, IP experience (particularly in contentious and non-contentious copyright matters) would be advantageous.
