Job Title: Senior Commercial Healthcare Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 40 hours per week

• Bring management experience from a high-end retail or optical setting.
• Deliver great results through passion for people and team development via performance management.
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve, and eager to learn and progress within Optical Express.

Day-to-day Tasks

• Manage resources effectively to meet customer demands.
• Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to high standards.
• Recruit, induct, coach, and support team members to meet knowledge and competence standards.
• Advise potential patients on suitable solutions for their needs.
