Qualifications

Senior Commercial FP&A Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial FP&A Analyst in our London office.

Department Overview:

The Commercial Finance department based in London looks after all the strategic planning and reporting for the EMEA region. The team is positioned in the commercial head office to support sound financial business decisions, interact with and optimize relationships across all departments with a focus on Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale.

In addition the team works alongside their finance counterparts based in Switzerland and US.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ownership of the full Ecommerce P&L, including business partnering closely with Ecommerce directors and VP to ensure budget figures are achieved and any risks and opportunities are highlighted.
  • Forecasting sales and KPI’s for all Ecommerce sites, business partnering closely with the planning team and VP of Ecommerce.
  • Ownership of producing a robust annual budget and quarterly reforecasts throughout the year.
  • Long term planning at territory and initiative level to understand future impact on Ecommerce P&L.
  • Working with Ecommerce director and VP to model new business opportunities.
  • Detailed profitability analysis at order level by territory.
  • Working closely with the US Ecommerce Finance team to ensure robust allocation of costs to EMEA.
  • Producing management reports and monitoring KPIs on key metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc project support to the ECommerce teams as required.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Newly Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong commercial experience preferably in an Ecommerce related role / Retail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Understand the fashion retail business in order to advise on opportunities for further business growth and operational excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong business partnering experience.
  • Strong communication skills in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to communicate with Finance and Non Finance stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter able to manage own time, priorities and drive key projects.
