Mondelēz International is seeking a Finance Planning & Performance Management professional to partner with Sainsbury’s and Premium Sales teams. You will deliver revenue and profit plan targets, provide insightful decision support, and drive improvements across the Commercial Finance function in a large region.

• Experience in financial planning and performance management.
• Strong data collection, analysis and reporting of KPIs.
• Ability to partner with Sales and Finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with the Sales teams based on insight and challenge to influence future decisions.
• Business partner the Sales teams in maximising ROIs and delivering profitable JBPs with monthly actuals and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Genpact and other Finance teams to ensure consistent processes and handle workload peaks.
• Champion projects and analyses to support category value, including promo profitability and value drivers.
• Ensure revenue recognition and compliance with internal controls and audits.
• Help build Sales/Finance capabilities and support systems and processes.
• Model development mindset through on-the-job learning and feedback.
