Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business based near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their next growth phase. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values its staff.

THE ROLE

• Serve as a finance business partner, collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency, managing the business unit P&L, and ensuring alignment.
• Partner with agency leadership to develop accurate full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team to analyze variances.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns like overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support the creation of PowerBI dashboards to clarify forecasts and budgets for leadership.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Co-lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate staff allocations.
• Prepare and present a monthly management information pack, including P&L performance, debtors, WIP, and unbilled media summaries.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams.
• Work with business leads to maintain or improve profitability.
• Assist with contract management, reviewing contracts, scopes, timesheets, and fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system setup.
• Provide guidance and leadership to two direct reports.
