Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an accomplished SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join them during their growth phase. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values its staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner, managing the business unit P&L and collaborating with the Assistant FD and agency.
• Develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates with agency leadership.
• Provide variance analysis in collaboration with the UK&I Reporting Team.
• Escalate financial concerns such as overdue debt and unbilled media with the Financial Control Team.
• Support PowerBI dashboard creation for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue growth risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Lead monthly revenue review meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate staff allocations with the Management Accountant.
• Present monthly management information including P&L performance and debt summaries.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior agency teams.
• Maintain profitability and develop improvement strategies.
• Assist with contract management and onboarding processes.
• Provide leadership to two direct reports.
