The Role

We seek an experienced commercial analyst to join our London-based finance team. This role involves partnering with our global sales and commercial teams to provide financial modelling and analysis for new business opportunities.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop financial models and analysis for business pipeline projects.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct financial analysis including Cash flow, P&L, NPV, etc., to support real estate transactions.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to advise business development teams and clients.
• Provide financial insights and challenge assumptions to support decision-making.
• Review lease agreements to ensure accurate financial underwriting.

Who are we looking for?

• Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) accountant with experience in commercial finance.
• Proficient in Excel for financial analysis, including advanced formulas and financial modelling.
• Experience working in a multicurrency environment.
• Ability to understand and advise on commercial implications of decisions.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience supporting pricing, RFPs, and tenders from a commercial perspective.
