About the Role

A rare opportunity has arisen to support our rapidly growing Finance team during an exciting period of change and innovation, initially on a 12 Month FTC. We are extremely proud to be voted the number one pub company by CGA and are extremely passionate about our beautiful pubs and hope you will be too!

As our Senior Commercial Finance Analyst you will provide detailed analysis and insight into key areas of the business and support our operations team across B&P. You will support both the Commercial Finance Manager and Operations Director across numerous projects and day to day priorities.

We’re not only looking for someone who loves excel (that’s a given) but is also someone with a natural warmth who is comfortable communicating across different levels and has a high level of experience working in analytical or business partnering roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete analysis and provide regular insight to Senior Management for ongoing projects
  • Highlight key trends including risks and opportunities across the business
  • Provide day to day support to our Operations Director and Operations teams when needed
  • Regular weekly and monthly reporting where necessary
  • Adhoc support to the wider business

Experience and Skills to include

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
  • Strong track record in analysis, with very strong excel skills
  • Ideally experience working in a similar role previously
  • Ability to think of different solutions to a problem
  • Capable of articulating findings in a clear and understandable way
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders in the business
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

Qualifications Required

  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA or equivalent) (Part/Fully Qualified)
