Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in data protection and privacy.
• Experience advising on GDPR compliance and data-related commercial contracts.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded adviser who explains complex issues clearly.
• Keen to build client relationships and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide data protection and GDPR advisory services within a commercial team.
• Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and other data-related contracts.
• Support data protection aspects of transactions and due diligence.
• Advise on data breaches and guide clients through response processes.
• Collaborate with clients across sectors including retail, hospitality and care.
