Job Description:

Job Summary: CooperVision aims to become the #1 contact lens provider in Europe and the EMEA region, targeting a $1bn business by 2026. The role reports to the EMEA Head of Commercial Data and involves maintaining data integrity post-OneVision deployment and aligning ERP development with global standards. Expertise in Oracle order management and TCA is essential.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Provide Oracle OTC and TCA expertise to the EMEA Region.
  • Partner with the EMEA Commercial Systems Lead and Global Commercial Ops team on functional requirements.
  • Serve as a focal point for up to 28 EMEA markets for data maintenance.
  • Support changes in the Oracle CDM customer mastering tool.
  • Ensure SLA adherence for ServiceNow tickets.
  • Support customer data setup and maintenance following global standards.
  • Develop and evolve customer data management practices.
  • Maintain contact data in Salesforce CRM and support data governance in JDA.

Travel: The role can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe, with travel as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion, TCA, SQL, Python, Excel.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes and data management tools.

Work Environment: Mix of office and home working, prolonged screen time.

Experience: Prior experience with customer master data, Oracle TCA, Salesforce, JDA.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline preferred.
