Job summary

Anglian Water's @one Alliance in Norwich seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost management leadership within the delivery teams. You will drive cost control, value optimisation, and governance compliance across on-site and management activities.

The role requires extensive cost-management experience in construction, with a degree in a relevant field preferred and a collaborative approach to support AMP8 delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing costs on complex projects.
• Preferably degree in engineering/management/cost discipline.
• Strong understanding of governance procedures and commercial standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management for designated projects.
• Provide accurate, timely cost reports and data analysis for commercial decisions.
• Ensure contracts and cost information comply with client and partner requirements.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Team to drive efficiency across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper records for audits and cost assurance.
