Requirements:

• Experience delivering service excellence and in commercial management.
• Understanding of costs, timescales, risk management, and contract types.
• Knowledge of BIM, negotiation, analytical skills, and digital competence.
• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, with relevant technical qualifications.
• Knowledge of contractual frameworks, value engineering, life cycle costing, and contract law.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in risk management, team management, and project delivery within large teams.
• Awareness of sustainability, social value, and industry best practices.

Additional qualifications:

• Membership or progress towards MRICS/RICS or similar.
• Experience in business development and financial acumen.
• Understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts on projects.
