Job summary

Bisnow seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will report to the Project Executive and drive project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Procore (preferred) and project controls experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead preconstruction activities and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation to meet objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain long-term relationships.
• Monitor safety, quality, and financial performance across projects.
