Lendable, a leading UK fintech, seeks a pricing analytics specialist to work in the UK Loans team. You will focus on pricing, funnel performance, and new product development, collaborating with credit and product colleagues to drive measurable impact.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in analytics within fintech, strong SQL skills, and a willingness to leverage AI tools to accelerate insights, with clear communication and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems.
• Confident working with SQL and data to investigate business questions.
• Interest in Python or other tools for data analysis.
• Nice to have: pricing or financial modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, funnel performance and new product development projects in the UK Loans team.
• Collaborate with credit and product teams to translate business problems into data questions.
• Frame problems clearly and run structured analyses to inform decisions.
• Communicate results effectively to stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
