Job Description

  • Responsibility for defining, validating, and adjusting employee targets throughout the year, with a focus on the UK sales and service organization
  • Review and validation of monthly commission payments as well as analysis of target/actual deviations; deriving recommendations for continuous improvement of the commission model and incentive structures
  • Development and implementation of meaningful KPIs, standard reports, and dashboards on commercial and sales performance topics using MS Office and BI tools
  • Preparation, visualization, and presentation of analysis results and decision-making templates, particularly regarding sales performance
  • Close collaboration with Sales Managers and Directors in communicating targets, supporting budgeting processes, and evaluating the alignment and impact of sales incentives

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proven expertise in operational sales processes and organizational structures
  • Proficient in Excel; ideally experienced with commission and target-setting tools in combination with Salesforce CRM
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership (e.g. Directors, General Managers) and skilled in stakeholder management
  • Ability to structure and drive decision-making processes effectively
  • Experienced in working within intercultural teams, with excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, German is a plus
