Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our sales performance and incentive management processes. Working in the Sales Controlling department, you will support strategic decision-making, foster data-driven improvements, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure our sales organization is equipped for success. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define, validate, and adjust employee sales targets throughout the year, with a particular focus on the UK sales and service organization
  • Review and validate monthly commission payments, and analyze performance variances to support continuous improvement of incentive models
  • Develop and implement meaningful KPIs, reports, and dashboards using MS Office and BI tools to monitor commercial and sales performance
  • Prepare and present clear analysis results and decision-making templates, especially related to sales performance trends and insights
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Directors to communicate targets, support budgeting processes, and assess the impact of incentive structures
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proven expertise in operational sales processes and organizational structures
  • Proficient in Excel; (PowerBI or Tableau is a plus); ideally experienced with commission and target-setting tools in combination with Salesforce CRM
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership (e.g. Directors, General Managers) and skilled in stakeholder management
  • Ability to structure and drive decision-making processes effectively
  • Experienced in working within intercultural teams, with excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, German is a plus
