• 5-7 years experience in a commercial, business analysis, or strategy role, preferably in consumer products, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Ability to deliver insights that influence strategy and improve performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across organizational levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across commercial, marketing, sales, aftersales, network development, and revenue teams.
• Source, validate, and manage data from internal and third-party sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and strategic targets.
• Translate data into insights, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders to influence strategy.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and priorities.
• Oversee invoice reconciliation and validation, coordinating with finance and project teams.
• Assist in financial tracking of campaigns and projects in collaboration with marketing and operations.
• Organize cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and workshops.
• Maintain the Product Planning Request Register, tracking requests and communications.
• Support project timelines and stakeholder communication for key initiatives.

The Role

The Senior Commercial Analyst will support Norton’s commercial planning and marketing efforts by providing insights and data-driven recommendations. This role suits a detail-oriented, analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and collaborates effectively across teams to achieve strategic goals.
