You must have in-depth knowledge of documentation and legal frameworks related to derivatives trading (e.g., ISDA, CSA/VMCSA, brokerage, and master agreements) as well as a strong understanding of regulatory environments relevant to OTC derivatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on complex contractual frameworks including ISDAs, delegated reporting agreements, broker and service-level agreements, and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
