Senior Commercial Account Handler - Insurance

up to £45,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Lichfield

About the Role:

As Senior Account Handler, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, from single policies to complex business portfolios. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while handling various insurance types including Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Property, Professional Indemnity, and liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle renewals, mid-term amendments and policy adjustments through the Acturis system
• Manage client relationships and provide regular updates
• Process documentation and maintain accurate records
• Conduct client meetings when required
• Work independently while contributing to team success

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience handling a variety of commercial Insurance policies
• Strong commercial insurance knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
• Proactive approach to client service

Desirable:

• Experience with Acturis system (though full training provided)
• Track record of client relationship management
