Together is seeking a Collections Operations Manager to lead end-to-end commercial collections and recoveries for our UK portfolio. The role focuses on delivering strong customer outcomes while protecting value and ensuring governance across pre-arrears, arrears and enforcement stages.

You will lead a large team, partner with Credit Risk, Legal and Finance, and drive performance improvements, MI insights and forbearance strategies to optimise recoveries while safeguarding Together's reputation.

• Experience leading large operational teams in financial services.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision making.
• Proven track record of improving collections/recoveries outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations across full commercial collections and recoveries lifecycle.
• Create end-to-end accountability for commercial collections and recoveries.
• Promote fair and sustainable customer outcomes through forbearance solutions.
• Oversee high-volume collections activity across commercial accounts.
• Act as escalation point for complex commercial cases and enforcement strategies.
