Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a CNC Turner & Programmer role in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will program, set and operate multi-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to produce high-precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator in a precision engineering environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience machining aerospace alloys or exotic materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes to produce precision components.
• Carry out offline programming using Hypermill and adjust programs as needed.
• Inspect first-off and in-process components to meet tight tolerances.
• Maintain manufacturing records and production documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in the machining department.
