Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited are recruiting for a CNC Setter / Operator (Specialist Manufacturing) in Southwark, London. You will set, program and operate 5-axis CNC mills and lathes on bespoke programmes and work within a small, collaborative workshop.

The role offers a clear progression path, equity potential, and a company bonus, with a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week and additional hours as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Ability to train junior operatives.
• Able to commute to Southwark, London.

• Produce specialist components for automation and related projects.
• Train and mentor junior operatives.
