Job summary

Cosworth Group Holdings Limited in Northampton is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. You will maintain and optimise CNC machine tools and related equipment, implement preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure the facility runs efficiently and safely.

We offer 2 positions on a 3-shift rotation with a 23.5% shift allowance. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or higher and experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls, conducting fault-finding and TPM

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or higher with relevant Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.
• Experience with Fanuc 18i/30i/31i and Heidenhain controls.
• Proven fault-finding on CNC and plant machinery.
• Experience implementing TPM and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and fault-find CNC machines and associated equipment.
• Carry out scheduled TPM and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop Health & Safety procedures.
• Identify and maintain critical spare parts requirements; consider environmental/energy/safety impacts.
• Support GDPR compliance by following company policy and best practice.
