Step into a high-impact role where strategy meets creativity. As our Group M&E Revenue Strategy Lead, you’ll be the architect of our Meetings & Events (M&E) commercial success—designing, implementing, and coordinating revenue strategies across a vibrant portfolio of hotels and brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the charge: Inspire and guide GMs, M&E teams, and CRMs to unlock their full revenue potential.
  • Forecast like a pro: Partner with on-property teams to deliver accurate weekly forecasts and insightful commercial analysis.
  • Spot the gold: Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio and turn insights into action.
  • Be the voice of strategy: Participate in commercial calls, budget reviews, and hotel meetings to share expertise and drive results.
  • Crunch the numbers: Dive into data, track KPIs, and uncover hidden revenue opportunities.
  • Train the troops: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions that elevate M&E revenue skills.
  • Set the standard: Ensure SOPs and best practices are well-established and actively implemented.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with M&E revenue, either as a Revenue Manager or in a MICE role.
  • At least 3 years of revenue management experience.
  • Leadership experience with strategy setting and stakeholder influence.
  • Data analysis and presentation skills for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Commercial acumen and industry awareness.
