Job summary

Mistral seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team in London. You will shape the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Cloud platform and customer-facing applications, working with software engineers to meet internal and external expectations.

You will design and operate scalable infrastructure, implement monitoring and incident response, and drive automation through CI/CD, containers, and orchestration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Hands-on experience with production incidents and on-call rotations.
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure for the Cloud Platform.
• Operate production systems, handle on-call rotations, and scale as needed.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, incident response to minimise downtime.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and tooling for containers and orchestration.
• Collaborate with software teams to enable reliable model training and deployment.
• Ensure security and compliance in collaboration with the security team.
