As a Mission Critical Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will regularly interact with customers proactively. You will have deep technical knowledge and understand how solutions contribute to business goals. You will define and execute architectural updates to optimize customer environments.

In critical situations, you serve as the single point of contact, bridging customer, support, and engineering teams. You will provide context, status updates, and technical expertise to ensure solution reliability, stability, and performance.

This role offers flexibility to work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise with Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Experience with Azure development and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of identity, governance, and monitoring solutions.
  • Experience with business continuity solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mission-critical Azure applications.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include advising stakeholders, translating business requirements into Azure solutions aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework, and collaborating with developers, administrators, security, and data engineers.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer solutions (KnowMe) and workload records.
  • Conduct onboarding assessments and define delivery plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for alignment and successful delivery.
  • Ensure remediation activities are completed successfully.
  • Analyze trends and identify delivery opportunities.
  • Provide case trend analysis and remediation recommendations during customer reviews.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, providing deep technical analysis and support.
  • Scope engagements, discuss workstreams, assign actions, and set ETAs.
  • Coordinate RCA for critical incidents with Azure Engineering Direct.
  • Drive towards stable, robust solutions, minimizing reactive demand and recovery time.
