Job summary

Ekco is seeking a Professional Services Senior Project Engineer to translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks and drive project execution throughout the lifecycle. You will work with the Project Manager and VCIOs to deliver high-quality outcomes for client engagements across Azure, on-premise infrastructure, and security-focused solutions.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise to translate client needs into technical tasks and ensure quality outcomes.
• Experience with Azure Data Centre environments and on-premise infrastructures while safeguarding client data and security.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Office 365, and firewall installation/configuration.
• Familiarity with hypervisors such as Hyper-V & VMware; server roles including Active Directory, SQL, Remote Desktop Services.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and analyze requirements to understand objectives and expectations.
• Translate client needs into actionable technical tasks aligned with project specifications.
• Oversee technical execution from scoping to completion in collaboration with the Project Manager and VCIOs.
• Coordinate resource allocation and address technical challenges to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Document all technical activities and progress for transparency and client handover to Support Teams.
