We seek a Senior Information Security Engineer to join the Technology & Security Operations team, hands-on in designing, building and improving security controls, tooling and processes across cloud, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, engineering or cloud security.
• Proficiency with SIEM and SOAR platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk).
• Knowledge of Defender, Entra ID, EDR/XDR and identity security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Building and improving security controls across cloud and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Developing detections, automations and response capabilities using SIEM, SOAR and security tooling.
• Investigating and responding to security incidents and driving lessons learned.
• Conducting threat hunting and using threat intelligence to identify risks.
• Managing vulnerabilities and prioritising remediation with engineering teams.
• Supporting secure development practices and embedding security into delivery pipelines.
• Contributing to security architecture, threat modelling and design reviews.
• Improving cyber resilience and operational security processes.
