Appvia is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer with active UK Security Clearance to join our secure public sector engagement. You will own and evolve network infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments, combining design, implementation, and live service operation.
You will bring strong AWS networking expertise alongside traditional enterprise networking, with a focus on routing, switching, security, VPNs, and automation.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Package: £75,000 - £85,000 + 10% Bonus + 10% Shares + Benefits

We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join Appvia on a new secure public sector engagement, supporting and evolving critical network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining live service and operational support with network design, technical change, automation, and continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of more complex networking challenges, helping shape solutions from requirements and design through to implementation and ongoing operation.
We’re particularly interested in engineers who have developed strong AWS networking expertise alongside traditional enterprise networking skills. Longer term, Appvia will support you in continuing to develop across cloud and platform engineering as part of your progression within the business.
Interview Process - 3 Stage
You must hold active UK Security Clearance (SC). NPPV3 clearance is highly desirable.
