Winsearch is recruiting a Systems Engineer to support enterprise-scale cloud, on‑premises infrastructure and platform technologies in Reading. The role offers hybrid working and a chance to grow expertise across cloud services, virtualization, and modern platforms.

Degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or systems engineering.
Experience in infrastructure support and cloud computing.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Support the administration and operation of cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure services.
Support virtualization and enterprise hosting platforms.
Administer Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
Monitor performance, availability and capacity.
Assist incident resolution, problem management and service requests.
Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
Maintain documentation and runbooks.
