Location: Wimbledon (office-based with occasional travel)

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri (core hours 9:00–17:30 with some flexibility)

The Opportunity:

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly experienced, technically focused MSP that’s passionate about helping fast-growing businesses adopt and optimise modern cloud technologies. You’ll be a key figure in the team — owning cloud solutions, working directly with clients, and playing a central role in improving operational performance through expert configuration and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, configuring and supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments
• Managing conditional access and MDM policies
• Creating PowerShell scripts to streamline cloud deployments and reporting
• Leading occasional firewall and router configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
• Acting as a team lead during holiday/sabbatical cover
• Working closely with clients to scope, deliver and support secure cloud solutions
• Liaising with external suppliers and partners where needed
• Providing feedback on customer needs, challenges, and technical improvements
• SharePoint configuration & permission management
• Microsoft 365, Conditional Access, Intune/MDM
• FortiGate or similar firewall platforms
• PowerShell scripting (Power BI knowledge a plus)
• Account compromise remediation and monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in a technical support/helpdesk role (MSP background ideal)
• Confident communicator — both written and verbal
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with clients
• Experience deploying and managing cloud and security infrastructure
• A proactive mindset — always looking for ways to make systems smarter and more secure
• Qualifications at A-Level or HND level preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Industry certifications or evidence of self-led learning welcomed
