My client, a world-renowned healthcare provider, is seeking a talented Senior Cloud Engineer / Amazon Connect Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of contact center solutions. You will be part of a team focused on building and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and deploy components of contact center solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.
2. Utilise knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, and Pinpoint to support contact centre solution development.
3. Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.
4. Learn and utilise AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
6. Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact centre technologies.
7. Maintain a basic understanding of cloud computing and contact centre concepts.
8. Develop exposure to AWS services and architecture.
9. Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
