Job summary

This role encompasses designing, implementing, and maintaining systems crucial for a fast-paced, AI-native workspace. You will lead DevOps, observability, and compliance tasks, ensuring audit readiness. Ideal candidates have 4-7 years of experience, strong skills in cloud technologies such as Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes, along with knowledge of security best practices and database management.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience in startups or high-growth settings.
• End-to-end infrastructure experience.
• Skills in Azure, Terraform, AKS (Kubernetes), Docker, and Github actions.
• Experience with logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Security best practices knowledge.
• Networking concepts (VPCs, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls).
• Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and storage.
• Python or Bash skills.
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud systems.
• Lead DevOps, observability, and compliance.
• Architect cloud infrastructure for growth.
• Prep for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for all services.
• Manage logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and on-call processes.
• Find cost savings.
